Arafura Rare Earths Limited (ASX: ARU) (Arafura or the Company) advises that today 2,569,000 unlisted optionshave vested following satisfaction of the vesting conditions which required option holders to serve three years ofcontinuous service with the Company from the issue date of the options.The options were issued on 5 September 2022 under Arafura’s historical Employee Option Plan which wasapproved by shareholders at the 2020 Annual General Meeting. Each option has an exercise price of $0.43 and willexpire on 5 September 2026.​

Well at a strike price of $0.43....i guess we have given these employees a good incentive to build the share price! Time to get into construction asap!

Maybe not, was set out way earlier... no idea on the path back then, nor the expected SP. Could be to contractors or anyone.

Yeah..Sept 2022.....so they still might be worth vesting....but they would want to get a move on!
