Are the requests for injunctions strictly against Mosely or do they also seek to enjoin USAR from any activity?

Are the requests for injunctions strictly against Mosely or do they also seek to enjoin USAR from any activity?

The injunction is aimed at Moyes, not USA Rare Earth as a company. But it may indirectly affect them....but more to play out. Just my interpretation...not fact.
