Yeah....do you think they will get the vote through? I had a quick look...lots of retail holders.....
But i guess...if they do stop the takeover, they lose the mining license?
Do you think the Tanzania Govt forced the issue of starting construction (part of the license).....because of Chinese influence? There must of been discussions between Peak management and the Govt to extend?

IMO, without a doubt ~ Considering it took a decade or more for the Tanzanians to initially issue the SML,. To then put the pressure on to start, looks highly suspect. Especially when a JV between Shenghe and Peak was already in place, there was nothing to stop Shenghe honouring that agreement, instead they used the Tanzanian threat to force Peak into folding !!!
