ARU - Extraordinary General Meeting

So the meeting today will be interesting.

I hope it is not just procedual. But the ARU team can offer some insights on how their FID plans are progressing.

The email labeled it as Extraordinary. If they don't have big news I will be very disappointed in leadership. I'm at work so I can't watch. I'll keep an eye on the share price so I can make guess when they're done.

Are they issuing shares to themselves as a bonus?
If so I would want to make sure I did that before I made an announcement that would juice their value.
I'll treat it as good news until I hear otherwise.

Those shares for the CEO and directors that were approved by this EGM, were actually paid for by themselves. They took up the opportunity (like any other investor could) to participate in the capital raise.

So yes it is good they have 'skin in the game'.

Thanks for clearing that up buddy. I guess I meant I thought that the company gave the shares to these guys as a compensation package rather than as these guys buying their own shares.
It is definitely good to see they have skin in the game.
