Hello everyone,
We are based in India and work on the supply side of industrial minerals, primarily bentonite. While bentonite is not a rare earth, it plays a supporting role in rare earth and critical mineral projects—especially in exploration drilling, drilling fluids, ground stabilization, and environmental containment.
From a supplier perspective, we are seeing growing emphasis on consistency, processing quality, and application-specific specifications as projects move from exploration toward development and production.
I’m interested to learn from project developers and operators here:
Looking forward to learning from the community and contributing where relevant.

- How important is bentonite sourcing (local vs imported) in your operations?
- Are technical specifications becoming more stringent as projects scale?
- Do sustainability and traceability now influence procurement decisions for support minerals?
Looking forward to learning from the community and contributing where relevant.
