Watched the seminar today, they didn’t nail a whole lot down. 2.5 billion in plans, enterprise value and market cap of 2-3 times that over the last week. Would prefer to use equity stake or debt capital or both to finance US initiatives….
It’s gonna take DOW or something equally substantial to push this to the finish line. They didn’t mention EXIM, guess I could look up if they even started that process.
I suspect the technical plan is feasible, the financial one takes a lot of faith, looks like they have no cash to speak of.

They did have that one guy who was a term 1 Trump dep sec or something who may be an inroad to getting all the DOW recycling which would be a score.
