So this is an interesting rare earth jnr. The Executive Chair is Gavin Lockyer!

For those who don't know, he is the ex-CEO of Arafrua (ASX: ARU). And that experience will be key to progessing this project fast. He has great links into govt and tier one off takers.....and ARU....

IPO has just been completed. They should be on the ASX soon. I think the code will be BAK, but will confirm.

Makes for interesting reading. I'm still digesting it. Want to understand what the plan is....

My quick take (and as i said...i need to read more)....but it seems to be a depoist that is potentially very large, yet quite shallow and magnet-rich. This is not that common for early-stage REE plays.

About a third of the rare earths are the ones that actually matter for magnets (NdPr, plus some Dy/Tb), not just low-value La/Ce etc. The key here is the MREO (maybe we should do some education for investors on why MREO matters more than TREO).

Obviously there is much work to be done to prove it further....get to some more solid numbers for capex, opex etc.

But given Gavin has been through all this before....they can hopefully move quick!

Also....watch out for takeovers!!! ;-)
