Undersea Mining Discussion

We posted an article here regarding Trump's new executive order regarding under sea mining:

In my opinion...why would we go and mine somewhere so difficult. It makes mining Greenland look easy and cheap.

Also....there are so many resources on land...its all the red tape/permits etc. that makes it hard. Maybe they should fix that first...before diving into the ocean?

IMO, it is yet another distraction, I am old enough to remember the "Glomar Explorer" Hiding something in plain site is a favorite tactic of the Americans. The only question remaining is what are they really after?
