Yeah exactly. I believe it may have only been German share holders but not 100% sureI guess they want to know who they are in bed with yeah? This would be the German Govt?

Either we go into TH on Tuesday or Wednesday or Quarterly (Thursday) is going to wreck the SP without anything material... excuses won't do.Do y'all think we'll get some FID news on the quarterly come the 29th?
Ever since that one got kicked out of art school everyone has been afraid to try that.Germans running at their own speed. Personally. I would love to kick them out.

Any new theory or rumor on a JV candidate?
HREE update? Like have they found Dyspro or Yttrium? Have they been reevaluating their samples or something?
Would the price floor update be a price the US has agreed to pay for raw or processed REEs or will the Aussie government backstop it?
I know we might have already covered this in the forum but jeez this has been going on for a while.
A few years ago....the costs were alot less! Well all the contingencies. But Govt and banks were all scared of what happened to LYC....so they needed all these massive contingencies.Yeah I agree too. I’m not expecting a GRMF funding/FID announcement until early March.
I would think that governments tend to announce a bit later in Q1 (especially the German govt) after the January/early Feb rush of sorting out admin/meetings on year end goals, administrative reset etc.
It amazes me (and disappoints) how in this environment it is still so slow to get funding and offtakes. How could they believe a few years back that they could do it without this environment. Who knows.
Holding out to production but wow this has been a learning on patience. Last year seemed to be the political fear and voice and hoping this year there are completed actions.
Low short position is a good sign.
I agree. Probably some good news on one or some of these:
- HREE update
- JV update
- price floor update
- capex cost reduction

What I would like to see is a USA based offtaker, for thie US EXIM loan to be finalised, as thats the requirment. Weather its for Phase 2 or 1 doesn't matter. This is also why I am bullish that Phase 2 will not require ARU to go back to the market for more capital (well not much anyway). They can apply all those contingencies to Phase 2 capex.
For me, I’d like to know where the bottleneck is for the funding. Is it the offtakes for the GRMF that they are struggling with? Or is it the due diligence?Low shorts is the best indicator.
I think GRMF is due Mid to End Feb, pushing into march is going to cause havoc.
Next week is going to be dry, unless we see SP run up with high volume, nothing much is on the horizon till Feb.

At this point, they should ask the US for a capital injection as that might be quicker haha
Or are they waiting for the finalisation of the Aus Strategic Mineral Reserve to announce offtakes/price floors which may drag on till June, end of year?
We’ll hear more soon. Closer than ever hey
