I'm surprised no one is commenting on this...this is massive.
China is just always playing "within" the agreement/rule, but def not within the spirit of the agreement/rule.
Maybe this is why MP Materials SP has been going up...insiders maybe know tht Trump is about to splash the cash...and MP is going to get a big chunk?
