Yep;..processing it the choke point!
Its super difficult to create a market with this choke point.
Main issue is permitting....and how to dispose of radiation waste.... Takes aroudn 15-20 years to get these permits....
Anyone actually producing oxide.....that is the key.
And anyone who has done the 'hard yards' to get permits etc...and can be producing soon.
That is key.
